A list of complaints that I hear and you probably do to:

Some guys are allowed to take their vans home or to an office near their home.
Some guys have taken company equipment like grills home for personal use.
Some guys do nothing but run personal errands for supervisors.
Some techs come in early and leave early each day while the rest of us are forced to work late.
Some techs go home everyday and you have to go work overtime in their areas cause they did not finish their load.
We never have REAL safety meetings (since a year and a half or so)
Supervisors treat the vast majority of techs like dogs.
(ignoring requests and calls, hanging up on them, never letting them have any say in meetings or even conversations.)
A select few guys get all the rehab work while the rest of the crew is forced to clean their areas day after day and then watch the same jerks go home at 4pm or earlier on a regular basis.
Some folks work every 4th or fifth Saturday while there are those of us who work every second or third on a regular basis.

If this is fair than I guess the Easter Bunny is real, Elvis is not dead, and the damn sky is freaking red!
